The website www.fitbylevelup.com allows you to use its services and content under the terms outlined below. By accessing the portal, users are considered to be familiar with all the rules and any risks that may arise from using the website, and to fully accept these terms. The content displayed on this site (photos, logos, as well as content displayed on social media connected to this domain) is the property of Fit by Level Up d.o.o. and may not be used without prior consent. All prices listed on the site are final at the time of purchase. Fit by Level Up d.o.o. reserves the right not to publish visitor comments that violate someone’s privacy, offensive content, or content contrary to the provisions of the Law on Public Information.

Ordering Process

Ordering on the website www.fitbylevelup.com is simple and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you find the item you wish to purchase, click on the “Add to Cart” button to view your cart. After completing the order on the site, you will receive an email confirmation within a maximum of 48 hours with all the necessary information. This email will include the details you provided during the order process.

Price

Items ordered through the website are paid at the price listed on the site at the time of purchase. If a price difference occurs at the time of shipment, the customer will be charged the price that was valid at the time of the order. Prices may change without prior notice. Since purchases on the website are conducted through an electronic platform, it is possible that due to a software error, the sale price of a specific product may be incorrectly displayed (either higher or lower) at the time of contract conclusion. In such a case, the seller will notify the customer, explain the reason for the error, and offer them the option to cancel the contract, unless the customer agrees to pay the correct price.

Payment Methods

Online orders can be paid via: cash, advance payment, PayPal, general payment slip at the post office or bank, and Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro cards. Bank transfer (based on a proforma invoice) is available for legal entities that have a contract with Fit by Level Up d.o.o.

Delivery Method

After purchasing and paying for the selected package, you will have access to the ONLINE trainings within a maximum of 24 hours.

 

COMPLAINTS

Article 18 of the Consumer Protection Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina defines the method, conditions, and procedure for resolving consumer complaints in the case of product deficiencies and the exercise of consumer rights to file a complaint. A complaint about goods purchased via the website must be submitted via email to info@fitbylevelup.com. We are obligated to respond to the complaint within 8 days from the date of receipt of the complaint and propose a solution. The proposed solution must be implemented within 15 days from the date of the response to the consumer. Please note that dissatisfaction with the service or any other aspect of communication with third parties cannot be a valid reason for a complaint.

 

RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF PURCHASED PRODUCT

Order cancellations are possible, for any reason, within 24 hours of ordering and payment. After this period, cancellation is not possible, as you will have access to your personal profile on our platform, and the service will be fully provided. If you wish to exchange or cancel the purchase, you need to send an email to info@fitbylevelup.com to receive instructions on the return or exchange process.

SSL encryption is a method of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during transmission. The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), which is protected from unauthorized access. The Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard, as prescribed by Visa and MasterCard rules. The merchant does not store credit card numbers, and these numbers are not accessible to unauthorized persons.
