Regardless of your fitness level or goals, the Library includes hundreds of different workouts designed to meet all your needs. Enjoy a variety of workouts for all muscle groups, with or without equipment. Whether you want to work on building muscle, increasing strength, flexibility, or just want to stay active, our Library has everything you need.
In the Library, the workouts are categorized by muscle groups:
Level Up kettlebell – training with equipment (duration 35 minutes);
Full bodyweight – training without additional equipment (duration 20 minutes);
ABS – abdominal exercises (duration 15 minutes);
Glute – training for the buttocks (duration 15 minutes);
Tabata cardio – cardio training (duration 15-20 minutes);
Trainings for separate muscle groups – legs, shoulders, back, arms, chest (duration 20-25 minutes).
