Fit by Level Up d.o.o., located at Džemala Bijedića 156, is entered in the court register under 065-0-Reg-21-001159, on 20 April 2021. The company is registered for VAT. Prices are stated in EURO.
General provisions
The internet portal www.fitbylevelup.com allows you to use its services and content under the conditions set out below. On each access to the portal, the user is deemed to be familiar with all the rules and any risks arising from the use of these web pages, and to accept them in full. The content shown on this site (photographs, logos, as well as content shown on the social networks connected with this domain) is the property of Fit by Level Up d.o.o. and may not be used without prior consent. All prices listed on the site are final on the day of the order. Fit by Level Up d.o.o. reserves the right not to publish visitors' comments that violate a person's privacy, offensive content, or content contrary to the provisions of the Act on Public Information.
The ordering procedure
Ordering through the website www.fitbylevelup.com is very simple and possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you find the item you want to order, click the “Add to cart“ field, after which you will see your cart. Once the order is completed on the site, you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours at the latest, with all the necessary information. This email contains the details you left when ordering.
Price
An item ordered through the website is paid for at the price shown on the website at the moment of purchase. If there is a difference in price at the moment the item is dispatched, the buyer will be charged the price that applied at the moment of ordering. Prices may change without prior notice. Since purchases through the website take place over an electronic platform, it is possible that, because of a software error on the website, the selling price of a particular product at the time the contract is concluded is stated incorrectly (obviously higher or lower); the seller will inform the buyer of this, with an explanation of the reason for the error, and offer to terminate the contract, unless the buyer agrees to pay the difference up to the correct price.
Method of payment
Online orders can be paid: in cash, in advance, by PayPal, by general payment slip at the post office or bank, and by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro payment cards. By bank transfer, against a proforma invoice, if the buyer is a legal entity and if your company has a contract with Fit by Level Up d.o.o.
Method of delivery
After purchase and payment for the chosen package, you will be given access to the ONLINE workouts within 24 hours at the latest.
Complaints
Article 18 of the Consumer Protection Act of Bosnia and Herzegovina defines the manner, conditions and procedure for resolving consumer objections (complaints) in the case of a defect in a product, and the exercise of the consumer's right to object. A complaint about goods bought through the website may be submitted only by email to info@fitbylevelup.com. We are obliged to reply to a complaint within 8 days of receiving it and to propose a way of resolving it. The proposed resolution must be carried out within 15 days of the day the reply was sent to the service user/consumer. Please bear in mind that a complaint cannot be based on the user's dissatisfaction with the service or with other aspects of communication with third parties.
Return or exchange of an ordered product
An order may be cancelled, whatever the reason, within 24 hours of the moment of ordering and paying for it. After that period cancellation is not possible, because you will have been given the use of your own profile on our platform, meaning the service will have been performed in full. If you have decided to make an exchange or to withdraw from the purchase, please send us an email at info@fitbylevelup.com to receive the necessary instructions regarding the exchange or the refund.
Conversion statement
All payments will be made in euros. When your card is charged, the amount stated on the website is converted into your local currency at the exchange rate applied by the credit card operators. Because of these conversions it is possible that a small difference arises between the price charged and the price stated on the website.
Payment security
The confidentiality of your data is protected and secured by SSL encryption. Pages for payment over the internet are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a procedure for encrypting data in order to prevent unauthorised access while it is being transmitted. This makes a secure transfer of information possible and prevents unauthorised access to data during communication between the user's computer and the WebPay service, and the other way round. The WebPay service and the financial institutions exchange data over a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected against unauthorised access. Monri Payment Gateway is certified to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and MasterCard rules. The merchant does not store credit card numbers, and the numbers are not available to unauthorised persons.
