Subject and description of the service
Fit by Level Up is an online fitness platform that gives users access to digital fitness content through the website and the mobile app.
The services are offered in the following forms:
- monthly subscription
- one-off digital programmes / challenges
The content includes, but is not limited to: online workouts, training plans and other digital fitness materials.
Registration and use
The services can be used after registration and/or purchase of the chosen service.
The user is obliged to give accurate and complete details when registering.
The service provider reserves the right to block access for a user who abuses the platform or acts contrary to these general terms.
Prices and payment
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include the applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Payment is made electronically, using the available payment methods (card payment, App Store, Google Play or other available services).
The price must be clearly displayed before the purchase is concluded.
Monthly subscription
A monthly subscription gives the user unlimited access to the platform's content for 30 days from the day of activation.
For subscriptions taken out through third parties (e.g. the Apple App Store or Google Play), cancellation is done in accordance with the rules of those platforms.
A cancellation takes legal effect at the end of the current billing period.
One-off digital programmes (challenges)
One-off digital programmes and challenges are products bought on a single occasion that give access to predefined content for a predefined period.
By buying a one-off programme the user does not enter into a subscription relationship, unless this is explicitly stated.
Right of withdrawal from the contract
The user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
However, for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the user gives explicit consent for the service to begin immediately after purchase and confirms that they thereby lose the right to unilateral termination of the contract and to a refund.
By accepting these general terms the user confirms that consent.
Complaints and consumer objections
The user has the right to submit a complaint about the service provided by email to: info@fitbylevelup.com.
The service provider is obliged to reply to a complaint within 15 days of receiving it.
Liability and health notice
The content available on the platform is informative in character and does not constitute medical or health advice.
The user is aware that physical activity carries certain risks and that they use the services at their own responsibility.
Users are advised to assess their state of health, or consult a health professional, before beginning physical activity.
The service provider bears no responsibility for any injuries or health consequences arising from use of the content.
Protection of personal data
The service provider processes users' personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Final provisions
The service provider reserves the right to amend these general terms.
Amendments take effect on the day they are published on the website or in the app.
The law of Bosnia and Herzegovina applies to these general terms.
