Regardless of your fitness level or goals, the Library includes hundreds of different workouts designed to meet all your needs. Enjoy a variety of workouts for all muscle groups, with or without equipment. Whether you want to work on building muscle, increasing strength, flexibility, or just want to stay active, our Library has everything you need.

In the Library, the workouts are categorized by muscle groups:

Level Up kettlebelltraining with equipment (duration 35 minutes);

Full bodyweighttraining without additional equipment (duration 20 minutes);

ABSabdominal exercises (duration 15 minutes);

Glutetraining for the buttocks (duration 15 minutes);

Tabata cardiocardio training (duration 15-20 minutes);

Trainings for separate muscle groupslegs, shoulders, back, arms, chest (duration 20-25 minutes).
